Second pregnancy pains

I'm 13 1/2 weeks with my second baby and this pregnancy is so very very vastly different than my first. My first was like a dream! No morning sickness, no swelling or cramps or anything. This one, I'm sick, in pain, my ankles and fingers swell, and just always feel terrible. I know every pregnancy is different but dang. Lol this little one especially doesn't like it when I feel sick. I feel flutters and hard places on my lower belly Everytime I'm hunched over a toilet. I cannot wait to start feeling joyous about this miracle as opposed to miserable 🤒🤕🤕
