Frustrated

So I came off bc pills in october. No period until the 5th on June. Lasted 4 days was super excited. Then 3 days later started a hard core period that I still have. Called the gyn and started on provera. Slowed it for a could days. Now it's back with a vengeance. On day 7/10 of the provera. I go July 20th fory tubal reversal. I very nervous that I'm not gunna be able to get pregnant afterwards as I can't even get this uterine bleeding to stop. I don't want to be discouraged but I kind of am. Sigh. What do y'all think? I'm spending 5k for the tubal reversal (already paid) but thinking maybe I should have put it towards ivf treatments. *Frustrated*
