Threatened miscarriage

I was in a motorcycle accident on Saturday late night when at the hospital I found out I was pregnant. The first hospital sent me home, I woke up to bleeding so went to another hospital. They told me I was losing the baby because my HGC levels were low they were 1500 the first day and went down to 1140 2 days later. I'm on progesterone 200 MG I am bleeding only when I use the restroom. No cramping. Has anyone had this? I'm 5 weeks and 6 days and the heartbeat was 78 yesterday on the ultrasound
