Pls advice me!!!!
I usually have menstrual pains but that of this month was very different as i had no pain with alot of blood clots when my period was due. I tot i was pregnant cos i was having queasy cramps on my left side. Pleas could this be miscarriage should i visit a doctor about this period abnormally? Thanks
