Am I wrong?

I'm 17 and have ALWAYS dated older guys! Which bothers my very protective older brother who is 21. Recently one of his closest friends who is 20, and I have started seeing each other. We are debating if we want to tell my brother or wait, because we are not sure how he will react. My mother knows and is fine with it but my brother is more like a fatherly figure to me so I'm not sure how to go about this situation! Helpppp!
