Boyfriend not understanding PMS😣😣😣

No matter what I say or do my boyfriend just does not undrstand. We are both 24 and he's had serious relationships before me so I figured he would understand but we've been together for 1 year now.

I had him read articles that men have written about pms. I try to explain it to him but he just constantly says I'm just using it as an excuse to fight with him and that I can easily fix it. The last few months with him has been rough with my pms. We live together so it's not like I can be alone and not talk to him for two days.

Ladies help me. I love this man and I want him in my future but this is becoming a big issue with us and I don't know what to do anymore 😢😢😢😢😢
