Hi, just after some reassurance really. I am around 6 and a half weeks and have had pregnancy symptoms since 4 weeks but today I've woken up with no sickness and breasts aren't sore anymore. Anyone else had this? I only worry as I had an ectopic 3 months ago and had no symptoms whatsoever with that and I've got an early scan tomorrow to find out if this one is ectopic or not so I'm extra stressed , thanks in advance
