6 week old baby, umbilical hernia?

Litesha

Hi All

I gave birth to my daughter 6 weeks ago, she's had so many things wrong with her since birth, she's been on 8 different types of milk.. first she had--

Cow and gate (didn't like it)

SMA (didn't like it)

Aptimal (kind of liked it, but after a while started vomiting)

Aptimal- colic and constipation (she kept vomiting)

Cow and gate- colic and constipation

HIPP Organic

But she still kept vomiting and poo'ing every single nappy, so I eventually took her to the hospital and they said she was lactose intolerant and put her on to neutramigeon formula but instantly she became constipated, she has been struggling to poo for 3 weeks (so they have put her on movicol and lactulos for the constipation). Finally 3 days ago they changed her milk to neocate (I haven't seen much change yet).

But when she was 2 days old she started having these horrible crying spells she was screaming all through the night and a bit in the morning and had a 4 hour nap in the afternoon, I was told she had colic and acid reflux (she's on ranitidine and gaviscon for the reflux) so the screaming has been carrying on since, when she was 4 weeks I noticed a funny smell on her breath (like a sore throat smell) but doctors are saying her throat isn't infected and that it's caused from the acid, but my main problem is, the intense crying like she's in discomfort and pain, also when I pick her up underneath her arms she screams and cries and it takes her breath and she cries when she's been held and when she's put down like she can't handle the pain, also she can be haopy and content and wakr up screaming and crying. I've tried her with calpol and nothing is working... I was told it could be a hernia? Her belly button does seem a bit swollen and looks a bit lop sided? Does anyone else's baby have a hernia? If so could they post some pics on this post please so I could compare with my daughter just for peace of mind.

Thank you, and sorry it's long winded and in loads of detail.
