Does anyone here have severe social anxiety?

I feel like the only adult in the world with social anxiety. I can't keep a job longer than 1 month because I end up getting anxious to the point of fainting. Just wish it would go away!

I have mild social anxiety. It used to be worse, but I have worked through it over the years. My senior year, I missed 104 days because I would have anxiety attacks before I was supposed to go to school. I still have issues around people I don't know, but it doesn't interfere with work, mostly just my social life.
My mom has it bad enough that she would start a job and quit the first week because she'd have anxiety attacks and think all her coworkers hated her. 
I would talk to my doctor. Medication might help and maybe even therapy.

I just recently realized I suffer from social anxiety. I hate eating in front of people and I hate being stuck with just one other person because I just don't know how to converse like a normal adult! It makes me feel like I'm an awkward teen-ager and I'm damn near 30! I prefer working alone and sometimes that's seen as me being anti team work. Truth is I just feel so judged and ugly around other people.

I have severe social anxiety, borderline personality disorder, on top of severe depression. I had to go to mental rehab for a good year and a half and I should still be in it, but then I got married and it's so far so good but the fear of abandonment and being alone is very very hard, going out in public by myself is very very hard and I can't even go work out even if I'm with my husband 😩 when I was living in Portland Oregon getting on the bus or riding the max was what triggered the anxiety the worst because people were touching me or looking at me and I just couldn't handle it and I'd start hyperventilating and passing out in the middle of public transportation. I was on Lexapro for a while after Wellbutrin and that worked way better than the alternative but honestly getting out of Portland and moving to an entirely different state with my husband I think it really really helped. Starting a new life, in a new place with somebody who I knew would never leave me has done more good than therapy ever did.
