Some people say the temp of the room changes their temps, but for me, no matter how hot or cold it is my temp always stayed constant. So I never thought it could affect your temp. Either way, yeah I'd try temping vaginally next month. But it looks like you got a definite ovulation so you're still ok.

I've been having a similar issue, lower temps and coincidentally since sleeping wth ac. We didn't sleep with it one night to see if it affected my bbt but it only increased about .2 degrees and that could have been from being more restless, I'm not sure
