So back in March my boyfriend and I broke up... I was mad and hurt and I did something I shouldn't have I went back to someone I used to deal w/ and had sex now mind you we were  already broken up so it wasn't like I was cheating but we are now back together and earlier this week I came for a check up and I have now found out that there's something going on down there down there I've told my boyfriend of it but I'm scared to tell him how it got there seeing as tho when we broke up he was clean what should I do
