What will help conceive?

Hello, I have a nine about to be ten year old daughter. I am SO ready for baby number two. Been trying for years but haven't had any luck. Even went to the doctor and said that my egg and everything looks healthy down there. So, my question is, what can help make me conceive? Vitamins? Just anything!!

You didn't say anything about your partner being checked out. It is talked about even less but male factor infertility is just as common as female factor infertility. On the positive side if he hasn't been checked out the tests for men are much less invasive, painful and expensive.

A lot of people will tell you to stop trying and it'll work. Such as don't have sex just to get pregnant but have sex for fun and highly enjoy it without thinking about becoming pregnant. I know some people get pregnant once they stop trying. Maybe it's too much stress on the body.
