Inside Clear blue digital ...

So I went to pee on my clear blue digital pregnancy test and nothing showed up .. No hour glass or weeks estimator! So I opened it up to see if that showed anything .. Do these lines always show up? Could it be positive or negative? Anybody with any experience on this...
