37+4 and ive tried EPO for the first time

So this is my 4 baby and I've just inserted 2 1000mg EPO capsule...hoping this helps do something as bubs is down in the birth canal and causing a lot of pain/pressure but according to the midwives I'm fine. They haven't checked my cervix, just made sure my waters haven't broken.

Three days in a row now bubs has had ultrasound people, midwives and drs poking at her!! Laying in bed she's caused a few questionable pain that like to disappear so I'm trying EPO.

How long did it take to have an effect on you guys that have tried it??
