Cramps?

So im 17 weeks and 2 days....having some cramps in my lower region its not unbearable but im paranoid due to a previous mc 2 years ago.....i need to ease my mind i havent had complications at all its been amazing! But my paranoia sets in

I'm almost 23 weeks and still get them sometimes. Our bodies have a lot of growing to do! My doctor said to call them if they become very painful, can be timed, or are accompanied with any blood. I've also had two losses, so I know the paranoid feeling! Drink lots of water and rest, and know that your baby is just fine, and is growing big!! 😍
