Pituitary Macroadenoma

Jessie
I didn't have a period for 5 years, and was recently diagnosed with a pituitary macroadenoma (tumor on my pituitary gland) that prevented me from losing weight, having a period, and getting pregnant. I've been on medication since March 1st and my levels are normal now. We are very hopeful for a baby soon, however, I'm not really sure what I should be keeping an eye on the most since I'm still trying to get use to having a period again. I never really paid attention when I had my period before since I wasn't married and didn't want to get pregnant. So now I'm trying to track all these things  and it's a little overwhelming. We've been trying for 2 years but didn't know about the tumor, so this would be the biggest answer to prayer in our lives. Any tips on the best way to get pregnant? Or what to track the closest? Side note: I had my period in May and June, and according to the Clue app, should've started 2 days ago. I took a test but it was negative, so I'm probably just a little late.
