Do you have HPV?

I just got a call from the doctor and they said I had atipical squamous cells. I had them once and it went away but now it's back. Has anyone else had to deal with HPV? I'm so scared because sometimes it goes away but for some people it get much worse! I know there are different stages before it can become cancerous but any advice would be appreciated! 🌼
