Sending nudes?

I have a question. I'm 18, and my boyfriend is 18 as well and we usually send each other pictures. As in like I send him booty pics, and pictures of my boobs filled with hickies he gave me. Is this somewhat illegal? Like if we ever get caught what happens? Sorry I'm very scared of authority and getting introuble lol.

As you're 18 you're fine :) If you was younger it would he a different story as classified as child pornography,  but you're all good so it's okay :)

Depends what state you live in but most states classify any picture thas sexual or provocative as pornography. It's very illegal and if caught, is a felony in most cases. It's best to go to google and search your state laws because if it is a felony and you get charged, you're considered a sex offender and it will effect anything from school to jobs
