Horseshoe kidneys!!!???

Question

So at 19wks I found out my baby boy has attached (horseshoe shaped kidneys) I've never heard of it.. can anyone fill me on what they know or heard of!?? I'm 30 weeks now and they refereed me to sick kids in Toronto. I'm a little nervous 😢

My brother has that as well. He's 100% healthy, nearly 40 and a doctor! I think it's nothing to worry about other than be careful with hygiene due to UTI risks.

My Dad has it and he’s totally fine! Didn’t even know until a couple years ago.
