Throwing up now hungry?

I'm so hungry now after sleeping for like 20 hours, I couldn't do anything but sleep after my vomiting episode this morning. Now what do I eat? I'm so hungry it hurts. I cannot figure out food for the life of me .

Things that have been sitting good for me are fruit (grapes, strawberries, peaches) yogurt, cheese and crackers, cereal.. Hopefully some of this sounds good and are able to get something down :)

So u won't be dehydrated make sure u drink plenty of water & milk maybe if u like it , but yas frozen yogurt or a smoothie or dry cereal if so
