First day of IUD
I just got the Skyla IUD inserted a few hours ago--painful experience! I'm cramping a lot now and took some Tylenol to help. Anyone have any advice or tips on what to expect for the next few days? I'm assuming it's mostly cramps and bleeding from here on out for a while.
