TMI - Itchy Clitoris

I am 18 weeks and for the past week I have been dealing with an unruly and itchy clitoris. I feared it was a yeast infection at first, but the symptoms did not add up. My discharge had been mild, clear, slippery and normal scent. Is this just hormones? Soap? Humidity? Toilet paper? What the heck? Has anyone else had this problem?
