I have to be further along

I lost my mucus plug I'm having bad pains and she is dropped way down below that my tummy feels empty up top. I think my doctor miscalculated how far I am. I'm 31 weeks 32 tomorrow. Can I be wrong ?? I have a sonogram appointment next week hopefully that will tell me the last one I went to they told me baby was showing at 23 weeks rather than 19 weeks when I went. 🤔🤔 now I wonder lol
