Okay so if you live in the south, you know there's something in the air right now that has everyone with a head cold. Well since we're pregnant and can't take many drugs, I have found the perfect solution. This Epsom salt not only clears out any congestion you've got, but it also helps with my achey back and hips. Seriously go take you a bath and soak a while. We deserve it!
