Ever seen a license plate that didnt exist?

I seen a crazed maniac today..apparently one of my stalkers. The license plate that was ranned in the police system showed it didn't exist. He almost hit my car. He had a suit on with shades. How do they get fake plates?

If you use old tags they won't be registered.

Fake license plate. When I was 17 and bought my first car the dealer gave me the temporary tags. He used old ones that had been recycled (the numbers recycled not the actual plate itself) and I got pulled over because my plates weren't registered to anyone or anything and there for didn't exist. Luckily the cop knew my brother otherwise I would've have my license taken, car impounded and court time.
