Wasn't prepared for postpartum

I delivered 3 weeks early, and while I thought I was pretty well educated I was definitely not prepared or this postpartum experience. I feel like I'm in someone else's body...
- dealing with episiotomy stitches: sweet jesus. I can't stand up without horrible heaviness and pressure, I can't wipe, hurts to sit and I'm terrified to look and see what it actually looks like down there
- I'm fair skinned and my baby has a vice grip latch, so horribly sore nipples and engorged boobs. Didn't expect to cry out in painevery time  she fed.
- my feet are way more swollen now than when I was pregnant.
- all over soreness from the unexpected workout that is 2 straight hours of holding your dead legs and pushing.
- out of control hormones. I'm either laughing uncontrollably, worried or crying.
Good luck ladies. I just keep looking at my daughter as my motivation to get through.
