Determination
Good Evening all y'all beautiful ladies! I hope you're all having a wonderful day!
So, I'm here to ask if anybody out there is a personal trainer or maybe just someone who loves their healthy ways and may want to help me with mine. I'm pretty healthy as it is. But I slip up from time to time due to my unsupportive family. It's all on me. I have the heart, motivation, and determination to stay healthy. But I just need somebody's help to make sure I stay on the right track. I have a goal weight that I want to achieve before school starts. I have two months to lose about 13 pounds. I am 172.4 lbs and I want to get to at least 160. 155 would be absolutely amazing but I don't want to push it. I think I can do it! I'm 5'8" with a good amount of muscle and I feel that my goal will make me feel confident in my body. If there's any tips I would love to hear them. I'm surely open to suggestions.
