Weight loss 😔
So I've tried loosing weight but eating right and exercising are not helping me. I've cut back on what I'm eating and if I do eat a lot it's of fruits and veggies. I'm 5'4 and 241.8 pounds I'm tired of being the fat girl and looking at myself in the mirror and feeling like trash and not being able to wear the clothes that I want to without feeling fat and ugly. Can anyone give me advice on what to do?Â
