I don't know how to lose weight!!! 😫

A year ago I weighed 165, today I'm watching the scale stop literal ounces away from 200lbs. I'm getting belly stretch marks and I'm not even pregnant 😩.
I'm on medication for hypothyroidism and I just got off of an anti-depressant.  My husband and I are starting to TTC this month and I know I need my body to be as healthy as can be, especially with my hypothyroidism.  But everywhere I look I see conflicting info! 
"Eat however you want, work out like crazy."
"Eat crazy healthy but don't workout"
"Eat healthy AND Train hard! Be motivated!"
"Don't burn yourself out!"
"You need to lose weight"
"You need to avoid over exerting yourself."
"Exercise is what makes the difference."
"Exercise is less than 30% of weight loss."
What's a girl supposed to do?
