Help? Anyone?

I'm 4 weeks 3 days pp. I haven't completely stopped bleeding it's been light and brown discharge for about a week now even havung some days of nothing on pad ,so here I am thinking I'm almost done bleeding.  
Well right now I went restroom and am bleeding bright red. Is this normal. I'm freaking out.

Bright red was not normal I was told. The blood should be brown because it's old blood. Have you had sex before this happened? That might explain it if yes, otherwise I would call your dr asap or go to the hospital if you're soaking pads or just really concerned about the bleeding and can't wait until your dr can see you. Being that your body is still healing, if you overdid it with activity one day, it could cause such bleeding. As long as you aren't filling pads quickly, passing clots or having any fever/dizziness/etc. you should be ok, but definitely talk to your doc if you are worried!

Always check with your doctor. I had that happen and doctor did a pelvic exam and said it was just my period despite EBF and being less than a month postpartum. However they told me to go to emerg if it didn't settle out in a couple days, I started soaking pads, passing large clots or feeling dizzy/weak.
It can be normal or serious. Always let your doctor know.

This happened to me too. As I started doing more I started bleeding again. Eventually it went away

Mine was bright red until it stopped. But it would change colors when it dried. It got lighter and lighter and then stopped. I stopped bleeding at 5 weeks and spotted lightly until 6 weeks

Totally normal. Happened to me. Its been 7 weeks and the last 1 of those without any bleeding
