One month old

My baby always sneezes like 2-5 times in a row ever since he was born. Yesterday he had gotten this little "cough" that he does every so often. It's a dry cough like how us adults do to clear our throat at a queite place. It's like this "peh" sound but with a k. He doesn't have a fever. On the couch tonight he sneezed like always and this time snot came with it. I do have a little cold from what idk and I'm hoping he didn't catch it.. I tried to avoid face to face interaction. I'm also breastfeeding, and he goes to the doctor for his one month check up the 5th. Should I call his doctor and make sure it's nothing serious that can wait to be seen till the 5th? Or take him to our local stat care?
