So I am now 11 weeks 6 days and this time in my last pregnancy I found out my little peanut didn't have a heartbeat. I am so terrified that I cant sleep and every little pain makes me panic I am pretty sure everything is OK as I still have my symptoms which I lost before I found out but I just can't help having this terrifying feeling something will go wrong. Any one else relate?
