Me and my fiancée had sex for the first time in a couple months 2 days ago and after I went to the restroom and I was bleeding so I kept checking and a really big blood clot came out of my vagina and I've been bleeding ever since sometimes very little then sometimes a steady flow I also had 2 more clots but not that big come out and I'm having really bad back pain and cramps but my periods have always been irregular I started taking gentrol a few days ago would that have anything to do with it
