One month post c section can I wear a tampon now ?

First time mom , I always used tampons before and now the 
Pads are giving me rashes , I hate feeling like I'm peeing myself and honestly just want to go back to normal lmao ,I just got my actual period today and was just wondering if I can go back to using tampons yet ...

Vaginal birth is usually 6 weeks and c-section is usually 8 weeks, depending on your doc. I really would avoid intercourse or tampons before then-- the rule is for a reason and I know several women who created major complications by getting freaky or using tampons before their wait was up.

I can't even wear a panty liner without going insane lol. I hate feeling everything just come out and then when you sit it squishes .. ughh gross.. I'm a tampon girl my self so I know how you feel lol. I'm not looking forward to the pad wearing come August 5th

You need to wait until your doctor clears you to wear tampons. What type of pads are you using right now? I've been a pad hater ever since I first started getting my period lol, but postpartum I've started using the always infinity with the flex foam and I actually don't mind them. They aren't bulky and I don't feel like I'm sitting on a wet diaper.

Technically its your post natal check and a clearing from your doctor that wil give the green light for sex and tampon use!  I know personally my bleeding has stopped so i asked for a 4 week check since we have plans to go to a theme park with water rides.  I also want them to look at the site i had stitches and see if they have dissolved.

I think you have to wait out the full 6 weeks even with a vaginal birth
