When to BD?

I've heard mixed things about when to have sex when TTC. Some people say oh, do it in the morning or have sex everyday when in your fertile window or every other day? What do y'all think?

We BD morning and night ever day of my fertile window and morning, noon and night when I was ovulation... I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant 👶🏼

Most people say every other day or every day, whatever you're comfortable with. I'd also say don't try to "save it up" for a week leading up or anything, that doesn't really work and if you're not positive when your fertile window is exactly and you're up for a lot of BDing it's better to cover your bases and start early in case your window is off

Just do it when you want to in your window.  Everyone is different so it really doesn'tatter.  Do you.  If it does t work this time then switch it up and try a new way next time.
