Flu or early pregnancy?

pregnancy?" /> So I'm only 7 dpo and I threw up not last night but the night before. I have a severe phobia of vomit so the last time I puked I was extremely sick and ended up in the emergency room. This time I puked I didn't feel sick during the day I came home from work and we did our nightly rutuines everything was fine until I went to bed.. I got nasuas and because of my phobia I immediately went into a panic attack. My boyfriend was right there with me the entire time and made everything as easy as possible. When I was done vomiting I felt better when normally i would feel worse. Well since that night I've been nasuas but no more vomiting. I have constant indigestion or heart burn. The thought of food makes me queasy. My muscles and body ache. I keep getting charley horses. Has anyone ever experience this and it turned out to be early pregnancy symptoms?

Food poisoning could be a possibility. 7 dpo sounds a little early and it's only a flu if its accompanied by a fever.
