Am I seeing things? Have any of you ladies had implantation bleeding? I've got my BFP today I hope but have been spotting pink/orange when i wipe? And a little cramping? Period due in 2 days, could it be late implantation? I haven't had this with the last 2 which I sadly lost both at 6 weeks  XXXX

Looks like a BFP!
Make a doctors appointment.
And start prenatal care, if you get prenatal multivitamins you can replace your daily vitamin with that, even if you aren't preggo. Most prenatal vitamins you can take before during and after conception.

It could be implantation bleeding. Or it might not be but that is definitely a positive and some women still have light bleeds near when they'd get their periods when pregnant so don't worry!
