I used them when I had a blocked milk duct, but eventually switched to a heat pad. They didn't hold heat very long. I may use them again as we wean.

I used them. I didn't notice a difference honestly. And if you use it when the covers, you don't feel any warmth really, but if you use them without the fabric covers, they freaking scald your skin!! It's definitely a product i feel like I wasted my $$ on. I used them a few times & never used them again.
