Piercings after pregnancy

So I know it's not a good idea to get piercings while pregnant because of infection, but my son is due this month and I plan on after he's born getting my double helix. What I'm wondering is do I have to wait a certain amount of time after? Most likely I won't even have time to do it any sooner than a month after but I though I would see what others suggest. Also what about with breastfeeding?
