Still not dilated

I've been 1cm dilated since 36 weeks and I'm 39 weeks now..I was hoping to be more dilated and have the baby out soon..But looks like it's going to be a while..I'm so disappointed..Before anyone tells me how the baby needs to be cooked more, I know he's developed just fine at this point; in fact I get extremely anxious about everything that can go wrong at this point.
