Acne on baby gender prediction?

So normally I have pretty regular break outs on my cheeks and chin, but lately I have acne everywhere and my face is covered in zits, just want yalls opinion on if boys or girls cause more acne! (Hoping for a girl!)

I got bad back acne and felt so ugly during my pregnancy..swollen so much I couldn't recognize myself. My baby is a girl at her utmost prettiest , she totally steal my beauty 😝😝😍😍😘

I didn't have acne with either. Wives tales say girls steal your beauty and tend to cause acne, but I know ladies with boys who had acne too.
