Almost a month old

My baby has been very gasssy irritatable won't continue eating I feel like her tummy hurts. She cries so much and idk what to do to make it better. She wants to keep eating but she feels full or something bothersome....I was reading about GER... She may have the same symptoms but not to familiar with what it is, anyone has any advice or experience and opinions? Thank you
