My husband is giovanni and my daughter is giovanna. I like giovanni the best but she hates it. She says thats HER name lol...

I agree with your daughter. I love Juniors, but you've already named one child after hubby. Do what you want though, your daughter will make a nickname for her sibling regardless of what you name him, so name him Giovanni if you want

I like Romeo best. Give him his own name and vary it up. However, what about Gianni as an option? It's similar, but different too. I have a friend named Dominique. And her siblings are all variations of that name...Diamonae, Etc. lol. If I ever meet her family, I'd be so confused and mix their names up. :/
