Forgot stroller and baby carrier

Hi..I wanted to know what would you do if you have forgotten stroller and baby carrier. The sight seeing place needs 3-4 hrs of walk with a 4 month old baby ..of which 1 hr walk is in the sun.. what would you do ? Cancel the plan or just take the baby in arms ..
