Beer brats?

Anyone know if it's safe to eat beer brats while pregnant? I am pretty sure all the alcohol cooks off and it's just the taste that's left, but has anyone ever asked their doctor about this?

Safe regarding the beer. It's the nitrates in processed meat that are unhealthy.

I had a Jack Daniels burger from Fridays, and having a margirita cake for my birthday. Alcohol cooks/bakes off so no worries as long as the meat is fully cooked !
