4 weeks

I should be 4 weeks tomorrow. But for the past 3 days I have been bleeding. It's been pretty light. Like a light period and I've had a few cramps. I've taken pregnancy tests over these 3 days and they have all came back positive still ]and not even faintly positive. They are obvious positives. Should I be worried?
