Bleeding not period?

I'm on the pill where I get my period every 3 months, haven't finished my first pack. I've been on the pill before. I shouldn't be due for a period on my regular schedule without the pill. Do you think this is something else? I also get ovarian cysts that pop all the time, that's why I'm on the pill. I also have a blood clotting disorder called factor 5 liden. Not sure if that plays into it?
