Vitamin C to induce your period?

My period is usually pretty regular but it's 2 days late and I was wondering if anyones tried using vitamin c to induce your period and if it worked or not?

Parsley tea works too. Get some fresh parsley, boil it and drink the water from it. But DO NOT do this or the vitamin c method if there is a chance you may be pregnant.

Yes it does work! However if you consume a high dosage of vitamin C you will end up with diarrhoea.
