Hi! I delivered my daughter 4 weeks ago and during my pregnancy I did not have any symptoms that could be related to carpel tunnel syndrome. Unfortunately, now my wrists hurt and my hands and fingers get numb on a daily basis. When I do nothing (like sleeping) it's also there. Not only is it annoying, it also scares me a little (what if she slips trough my fingers and falls or something). I have never heard anything similar by others, so I am wondering if there are more mommy's that have this and what they did to make it go away. I understand that It could be the constant lifting etc of the baby, but does that also cause numbness? Sometimes I just can't feel my fingertips and let me tell you, it's hard changing a diaper like that... Thank you 😊
