How did you decide to have another child?

I'm a FTM and always thought I would have one child and that's it, but now that I have one...all the parent worries are in full force. The biggest one, who will she have when she no longer has me😔. This has got me seriously thinking about her having a sibling so they have each other...I'm in no position right now for a second child BUT I'm getting older and really I can find ways to provide I just want her to always have someone. 
How did you ladies decide on having more children? What was your reason?

I had my 1st in 2011 when I was 23. We wanted another but didn't really set a timeline. In 2015 after a ton of testing I had diagnosed with genetically induced (no other problems/risk factors) High blood pressure at the age of 26. It took a year of medication changes to get it under control. At that point my doctor said if we wanted another we needed to be done having kids by the time o was 30. We started trying immediatly, luckily I was pregnant in 2 months. I'm due in Sept and very high risk. Due to all the complications I've had this time around we are done.

I always think about how much I absolutely love my sister. She is my best friend and the person who makes me laugh the most. I couldn't imagine being without her after my parents are no longer  with us. This is how I decided to try again for another kid. I have an 8 year old boy and currently 33+4. Also my son kept on asking for a sibling and was always saying how alone he felt because he had no one to play with him.

I thought we were one and done but when my daughter was four months old I just couldn't imagine her being an only child. She's 9 months old now and we're trying again.

I've always wanted three. There are seven of us in all so I can't imagine just one child. We had two boys and my husband wanted to be done. I never felt done with two. So we waited a few years and decided to have one more. Now I'm a mom of three boys and I couldn't be happier. I had my tubes ties to seal the deal. In my case I didn't feel complete with two and always wanted three.

I've always wanted three. Can't do the only child thing and she gets bored sometimes. Just had another and she loves him. Can't wait to see how they interact once he's a little older.
